Pastor Randy Musgrove
Church Ministry Biography: Pastor Randy Musgrove
Pastor Randy Musgrove has served in Christian ministry for over four decades, demonstrating steadfast leadership, a passion for discipleship, and a commitment to church growth and community service.
His journey in ministry began in 1982 as the Youth Director at The Valley Cathedral in Phoenix, Arizona, where he coordinated year-round activities for over 450 youth and managed 33 Bible study groups across local junior high and high schools. His role involved budgeting, planning, and mentoring, laying a strong foundation for future pastoral work.
From 1992 to 1995, he served as Senior Pastor of Restoration Fellowship Foursquare Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado, leading a congregation of 75 and overseeing all pastoral responsibilities.
Later, Pastor Musgrove became Senior Administrative Pastor at Grace Chapel Foursquare Church in Tucson, Arizona (2000–2002). There he oversaw a congregation of over 1,000 members, a daycare of 250 children, and Grace Christian School with 175 students. His duties spanned budgeting, human resources, ministry staff oversight, facility management, and leadership development.
From 2010 to 2012, he pastored at Community Christian Assembly in Tacoma, Washington, where he led a 150-member congregation. His work included vision casting, ministry development, leadership training, and administrative oversight. He begin at CCA, which changed its name to Grace Placed Ministries which began in 2012
In addition to church ministry, Pastor Musgrove holds a Master of Theology degree from Golden Grain Bible College (Hemet, CA, 1988), enriching his theological insight and teaching foundation.
Throughout his career, Pastor Musgrove has balanced ministry with a heart for education, caregiving, and service-based leadership. His ministry experience reflects a strong dedication to shepherding both churches and communities in grace and excellence.
He is married to Tracy, and has three sons and one daughter who all serving the Lord. He is also grandfather to five amazing grandchildren.
